Shipping Procedures

Advanced Auto Supplies will aim to ship all products that are in stock within 2-3 working days of receiving confirmation of your order. We will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability.

We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated online but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

If on the rarest occasions an item ordered is out of stock or discontinued we will inform customers of the delay and offer alternative dispatch date, item or a complete refund for item ordered.

On delivery our couriers will deliver the goods unopened, it is your responsibility to check you have received the correct number of items and there is no damage, (if there is you must note this on the delivery and call us immediately) if everything is correct then you will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays from delivery services, adverse weather, human error or technological errors

Refunds Policy

We offer a 7 day refund policy on unwanted items that you have purchased as long as the item has not been fitted or used. Refunds will only be granted when the item has been returned back to us and not before.

Items received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than re-sellable, will NOT be granted a refund and will be subject to a handling fee or result in the refund being rejected.

Cancellations

Once you have placed your order it is not always possible to cancel it as we use automated systems that run outside our normal business hours. Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us via orders@advancedautosupplies.com, we will advise you of the cancellation process and will process accordingly.

We DO NOT accept cancellations over the phone.

Rejecting the good at the door will result in extra charges delivery has been charged one way and not return.

Returns

PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY GOODS TO OBTAIN A RETURNS FORM / AUTHORIZATION

Non Faulty and Faulty Goods

If you decide to return you’re unwanted / non faulty goods to us we do not offer a prepaid return service or refunds for postage costs incurred due to unwanted or faulty products, you the customer will be responsible for the return of the item(s) and the associated costs. Refunds can only be provided by the same method used for purchase.

If for any reason you need to return an item within 7 working days of receiving delivery, register your return via returns@advancedautosupplies.com and we will provide you with a returns form and advise of the returns procedure.

Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If your Product does develop a fault please don’t worry we are here to help.

Any faulty products will be repaired or replaced. No refunds can be given to faulty products after 7 days from date of delivery. Any items found NOT to be faulty on testing will be subject to a re-delivery charge. Advanced Auto Supplies will cover the cost of posting the repaired / replaced item back to the customer and only to the original posting address.

Advanced Auto Supplies shall not be liable for the goods if you continue to use the goods after giving such notice to the Company. Attempts to alter or repair the goods without the written consent of the Company will result in warranties being void.

To resolve your problem with regard to Faulty products please contact one of our helpful and friendly customer service team via email returns@advancedautosupplies.com who will be happy to resolve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible with the minimum disruption possible.

Collection and Disclosure of Personal Information

At Advanced Auto Supplies it is our aim to respect your privacy at all times. As a result, we will not disclose any personal information to any third party company except where necessary. Cases where doing so becomes a necessity include: -

1. Recording and processing of orders and payments.
2. Credit checking or rating.
3. Fraud Prevention.

General

The products we sell are often made for a specific application. Please note that it is your own responsibility to take the correct measures to ensure that you order the correct product for your application. Under the circumstance of special order products, we will not offer any returns / refund unless the item is deemed faulty by manufacturer.

Images as depicted on the Advanced Auto Supplies web store are for illustrational purposes only, we do aim to provide as much accurate product information as possible within listings however Manufacturers will occasionally update / change item specifics and we will aim to update affected products as soon as possible.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
